Peer-Review Process

All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure high scientific quality and relevance to the conference scope.

Each submission will be evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant topic area.

Evaluation Criteria

Papers will be assessed based on the following criteria:

  • Originality and novelty of the contribution
  • Technical soundness and methodological rigor
  • Relevance to the conference theme (AI for imaging systems)
  • Clarity of presentation and organization
  • Significance of results and potential impact

Review Model

The conference will follow a single-blind review process, where:

  • Reviewers know the identity of the authors
  • Authors do not know the identity of the reviewers

Decision Process

Final decisions will be made by the Program Committee, based on:

  • Reviewers’ reports
  • Consistency with the conference scope
  • Overall scientific quality

In case of conflicting reviews, an additional evaluation may be requested.
